Missing part of index
- In SKY Index, select Tools/Options/Index Options/Style
- Change the number of subheadings: e.g. if it's one make it two, if it's two make it three. Allow SKY to re-sort the index
- Try Index/Generate Index again. If it works, return to SKY and remove the unnecessary subheading level.
